Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom design & remodel
Custom vanities, tile work, showers, and layout changes across Dallas–Fort Worth — bathrooms that support real daily routines.
Usability first
Tight spaces, awkward door swings, or poorly placed fixtures make a bathroom feel cramped. We start by finding what actually gets in your way.
From there we design changes that improve flow and accessibility while staying practical for the home — so you invest in what improves your daily routine.
What we help with
Primary bathrooms, guest baths, and hall bathrooms alike.
Built and sized for the space so bathrooms stay functional without feeling crowded.
Clean layouts, consistent spacing, and solid prep so tile looks right and holds up.
Moisture-aware flooring, plus lighting coordinated with mirrors and vanities.

Owner involvement ensures standards are met before the project is complete.
Recent Work
Preston and the Ten27 team were outstanding from start to finish on our custom bathroom remodel. We spoke with several contractors, and even though Ten27 came in with the most competitive price, the quality of their work exceeded our expectations and their customer service was even better.
For anyone taking on a major project for the first time, they’re a great choice. Preston is reliable, transparent, and communicates clearly throughout the process, which made everything feel much more manageable.
We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and have already recommended them to friends.
